The raw material of polyester monofilament must be dried for 4 hours during processing. When cooling, the water temperature of the cooling pool is 60 to 70 degrees Celsius. Polyester is harder than nylon, but not as tough as nylon. Polyethylene and polypropylene can be rolled in paper tubes.

Excellent dynamic properties: suitable for applications requiring long-term spring performance and long flexural life.

Good heat resistance: Melt temperature is 170-250°C. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that there is basically no weight loss under 110-140°C heating for 10 hours; under 160°C and 10h, the weight loss is only 0.05%.

Low-temperature flexibility: the brittleness point is lower than -70℃, good low-temperature flexibility, can be used for a long time at -50 to 160℃.

Weathering and aging resistance: excellent weathering and chemical stability in different environments such as water vapor, ozone, natural aging, etc.
